Over priced. Poor service
This is the corporate HQ and main smoking facility for the family run chain. You'll find Rick and his brother walking and working the whole building! Fast unloading. Space to park while you wait for a dock door. Of you need a 10brk, just ask and they'll find ya spot out of the way. Not 24hr, but fast, efficient, and a proud operarion!
I love Rick's! Yet the store on Hwy 72 going into Killen is really disappointing lately! Today got a family pack to go and when I got home with it it was a mess! Beans had spilled out all in the bottom of the bag and the buns were mashed flat. The whole order had been crammed into one bag with the beans in the bottom. I called and spoke to the manager and he was exceedingly rude. He told me he bagged that himself. I told him he sure made a mess of it. He said no he did it right! So I felt he was argumentative and rude. I told him I planned to write a review and all he said was "go ahead"! Told him I was not going to argue with him that I would just let home office know. I have even been in the store and observed him not only being rude to customers but also others working there.
