I rented a uhaul trailer here today and from the beginning the customer service was awesome! I had to get an adapter for the trailer lights but it was a few hours before we loaded it, plugged it in, and discovered three of the four lights didn't work. I called to let him know; he was immediately willing to help and told me to come back by. I stated that we weren't done loading it yet and was told they would stay open as long as I needed (who does that any more!) When I got there, it turned out to be several blown fuses in my Tahoe (NOT the uhaul trailer). He FIXED them all, showed me what he did, gave me extra fuses just in case, and MADE SURE everything worked before I left. As a female driving nearly 400 miles with this uhaul, it made me feel very safe and as a person who analyzes customer experience for a living, I can easily say this was a SUPERIOR customer experience. THANK YOU again for all your help today!!! I will definitely only rent from you guys from now on.
Mark is great! Always helpful. He never sells anything to my child without him completely understanding how to operate and take care of it. Couldn't ask for better.
